LOCK HAVEN — The Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven had a lot to celebrate Tuesday, July 16. Nate Akeley became the club’s newest member that evening. He recently graduated from Central Mountain High School where he had been class president for three years and a member of Interact (high school Rotary). Thief steals cash from unlocked cars
Selinsgrove, Pa. — Residents in Monroe Township were missing cash after a thief broke into unlocked parked vehicles along South Maple Street. Trp. Derek Gill of state police at Selinsgrove says the unknown suspect broke into the vehicles during the overnight hours of July 18. The thief took cash and loose change from the vehicles and fled in an unknown direction. The suspect got away with $106 of cash. Anyone with information may contact PSP Selinsgrove at 570-374-8145.
