Arkansas State Police arrest suspect involved in Jacksonville shooting that injured child
JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas State Police arrested 28-year-old Terry Rhodes Jr., a Jacksonville shooting suspect who has been on the run since early June. The Jacksonville Police Department said Rhodes was arrested Tuesday and will be charged with 14 counts of terroristic act, one count of possession of firearms by certain persons, one count of first-degree battery, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of aggravated assault.
2-year-old boy dies days after weekend UTV crash near Norman, OHP says

Brynlee Hamilton, of Arkadelphia, has recently been crowned 2024 National American Miss Arkansas Princess. The 7-year-old is the daughter of Kandice and Derek Hamilton. She will be competing for the National Title of National American Miss in Orlando, Florida, during the week of Thanksgiving. State pageants are held annually nationwide. National American Miss’ mission is to encourage America’s future leaders and equip them with valuable life skills.
