PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Arkansas State Police is now investigating an incident where a woman was killed during a hit-and-run incident on Wednesday night. According to reports, witnesses said that a vehicle hit a 19-year-old woman identified as Kalei Owen of Bentonville after she ran from the woods and into the roadway on Interstate 530 in Jefferson County.
