    Monticello Senior Awards Night

    Monticello High School hosted its annual Senior Awards Night on Wednesday, May 15. Over $150,000 in scholarships were awarded to various students in ranges from $500 to $20,000.

    Full list of award winners:

    • Little Mountain Summit Scholarship: $20,000 to Gabriella Cruz-Longley and Nicholas Thovson.

    • Mississippi Summit Scholarship: $5,000 to Ashley Lewis, Shalyn Adams, Makenna Lutes, Camenae Gustafson and Gabrielle Ellis.

    • 3 of Kind Scholarship: $3,000 to Brolle Tapper, Morgan Schabel and Elizabeth Escobar

    • Brad and Kim Sawatzke Family: $2,500 to Lauren Moorhouse

    • Dr. Frank & Caroline Ellison Memorial: $2,500 to Adah Mattson, Erin Gilbertson, Katrina Hellman and Patrick Shobe.

    • Amanda Rose Shore: $2,000 to Emilia Skistad

    • Monticello American Legion: $2,000 to Sommer Erickson, Jackson Montgomery, Emily Bohnsack and Mackenan Miller.

    • Amos & Gladys Zumbrunnen: $1,500 to Faith Larson, Keegan Ellis, Ava Nebben, Angela Novela-Maldonado and Mary Bruley.

    • Magic Star Scholarship: $1,500 to Adrienne Hansen.

    • Monticello Lions Club Scholarship: $1,500 to Rylan Feierabend, Allison Beilke, Abigail Sawatzke, Dylan Kaster, Ozzie Allen, Hannah Vansteenwyk, Destiny Rogers, Allison Hart, Madison Biegler and Melina Dezell.

    • Mike Lynch Memorial Scholarship: $1,250 to Reagan Wahnschaffe.

    • Monticello Nuclear Plant Social Club: $1,200 to Trevor Dahlke.

    • Wright Hennepin Electric Scholarship: $1,200 to Lauren Mullis

    • Anonymous: $1,000 to Callan Jacobson, Sidney Wills and Alexis Welle.

    • Ed MN - Monticello Local #2010: $1,000 to Bria Hartung and Sophia Cambara.

    • Figenshau Family Memorial: $1,000 to Jason Jones.

    • Friends of Monticello Library: $1,000 to Rose Urick.

    • Gary L. Pringle Memorial: $1,000 to Trevor Koenig.

    • Johnson Courtesy & Respect: $1,000 to Ella Priola.

    • Keller Educational Award: $1,000 to Isabella Angell.

    • Luke Lemke Memorial Scholarship: $1,000 to Aria Williams.

    • Monticello Activities Department: $1,000 to Michaella Burmis, Grant Stahlback, Bella Vasoli and Paul Fasen.

    • Monticello Football Boosters: $1,000 to Ben Bauer and Dylan Janssen.

    • Monticello Boys Lacrosse: $1,000 to Hunter Stutzman.

    • Monticello Boys Soccer Booster Club: $1,000 to Evan Raske.

    • Monticello Chamber of Commerce: $1,000 to Natalie Nemeth and Ellie Sampson.

    • Monticello Jaycees Scholarship: $1,000 to Dylan Brenny.

    • Monticello Senior Center: $1,000 to Sophie Rosh.

    • Monticello Women of Today: $1,000 to Halle Krienke.

    • Moon Motorsports Scholarship: $1,000 to Kevin Lesniak.

    • Otterson Family Scholarship: $1,000 to Kendall Metcalf.

    • True North Scholarship: $1,000 to Gabrielle LeBrun.

    • Shari Cyr-Lavine Music Scholarship: $1,000 to Katharine Cruser.

    • Anonymous: $750 to Clara Warmka.

    • Smith Family Scholarship: $750 to Zoey Smith.
