Area residents will have a chance to grab a cup of coffee with Sheriff Bill Schrom, Elmira Police Chief Kristen Thorne and Elmira Fire Chief Andrew Mallow later this month. The Coffee with the Chiefs and Sheriff event will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31st at the Elmira Tea and Coffee House, located at 100 West Water Street in Elmira.
