BRYAN — A Williams County grand jury has returned a number of indictments, including one man on multiple rape counts.

Ray Ramos, 53, Montpelier, is charged with seven counts of rape, each a first-degree felony.

The charges allege that on March 15 he engaged in sexual conduct with an 11-year-old child on multiple occasions.

Also indicted was Kage Seals, 26, Liberty Center, on charges of illegal conveyance of a drug of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.

On March 4, he allegedly brought tramadol into the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio where he remained incarcerated on Tuesday.

Seals also is under indictment in Henry County Common Pleas Court for two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, each a first-degree felony; and three counts of endangering children, each a first-degree misdemeanor.
