Paravicini's Italian Bistro was named Colorado's best Italian restaurant. Located in Colorado Springs, Paravicini's is owned by Franco Pisani, an Italian chef who grew up watching his mother cook in the family bakery. Pisani opened Paravicini's in 2003.
