A nonprofit is closing down. Benefits Data Trust filed a WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry notifying the state it is winding down operations and dissolving, and that 273 people will be laid off at Center Square West, 1500 Market St. in Philadelphia.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. — Morgan Properties, a development and investment firm based in the Philadelphia suburb of King of Prussia, has acquired a portfolio comprising 3,434 units across 11 properties in Pennsylvania. S. WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. -- Lutheran Senior Services has added four Pennsylvania senior homes to its portfolio, expanding its operations into the Keystone State. St. Louis-based Lutheran Senior now operates The Lutheran Home at Topton in Berks County, Luther Crest in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, and homes in Lewisburg and Carlisle. Before this acquisition, it operated only in Illinois and Missouri.
