A 13-year-old Pocatello girl drowned in Bear Lake on Saturday, authorities said. Bannock Development Corporation and the city have spent the last 18 months working to get Pureflight Aviation. LLC to open a flight school at the Pocatello Regional Airport. Pureflight Aviation started in 1983 as Precision Aviation Training and now has locations in Newberg and Klamath Falls, Oregon.
