(WOWK) — A Putnam County man’s passion project has turned into a party game now sold on store shelves across West Virginia. “Story Wars” is a new card game released in the fall of 2023. Boil notice in effect for some Pendleton County water customers
PENDLETON COUNTY, W.Va. (WHSV) - A boil water notice will soon be in effect for some residents in Pendleton County. Pendleton County PSD Water customers who are north of Franklin along US 220 will be without water while crews repair a leak. Once the repairs are complete, residents are under a boil notice until advised otherwise, according to the Pendleton County Office of Emergency Management.

JUST IN: Fairfax County to clear Reston homeless camp starting next week
Fairfax County will soon begin shutting down a homeless encampment that has occupied woods near the Inova Emergency Room in Reston for years. The county’s Office to Prevent and End Homelessness announced today (Thursday) that “no trespassing” signs will be posted around the site known informally as “The Hill” next Tuesday (Aug. 27). A fence will be constructed on Sept. 10 to formally close the property.
