    Do you shop for produce locally? Here are two farm markets in Burlington County

    MOORESTOWN — Being in the Garden State has some advantages for local residents, especially those who shop at farm markets.

    Depending on the season, most farmers markets offer a range of fruits, vegetables, plants and other fresh-grown goods at road-side locations.

    Here are two you'll find on Lenola Road in Moorestown.

    Lew's Farm Market

    Lew's Farm Market, at 864 North Lenola Road, is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

    You can shop there Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    Lew's Farm Market offers plenty of fresh goods and plants. Items available during a recent visit were strawberries, eggs, milk and much more.

    Lew's Farm Market also has a large arrangement of flowers for sale.

    BROWNING/HESS FARM

    Located at 824 North Lenola Road, Browning/Hess Farm dates back to 1898.

    The market is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    With plenty of Jersey Fresh crops and fruits, Browning/Hess Farm also adds homemade honey into the mix. You'll also find plenty of plants and flowers.

    The farm also offers goat soap, which is made from the milk of a goat.
