Heavy Rain, Flash Flooding Continuing Into Thursday

The Carrington area and northwestern Stutsman county area were the most affected locally. Heavy rain and storms will continue all of Thursday, with winds picking up to sustained speeds of 20 miles per hour. The opening day of school may be affected in some areas Thursday.
