Wedding planning is rough. Wedding expos make it better. Check out these four wedding events coming up in July 2021 to help you with all your planning needs. Wedding expos are a great way to find vendors, get inspired, and figure out what you do and don’t want on your big day.
Florida Wedding Expo: Orlando
The Florida Wedding Expo: Orlando comes to Hyatt Regency Orlando on July 18, 2021. This wedding expo is the self-proclaimed largest of the year and has been voted best by Orlando Magazine, making it a can’t-miss for brides and grooms looking for a bit of wedding planning fun.
Florida Wedding Expo: Orlando will include over 125 vendors from dance instructors to videographers and everything in between. You could potentially plan your wedding end-to-end at this wedding expo alone. Plus, there are plenty of tasting opportunities for desserts, cakes, appetizers, and more. The expo will also include a Style Down the Aisle fashion show that showcases bridal party attire, wedding gowns, and tuxes.
Upper-level VIP tickets include a Bride tote bag, t-shirt, and other goodies depending on the type of VIP ticket selected.

Falcon’s Fire Summer 2021 Open House and Group Tasting
Falcon’s Fire Weddings is putting on an open house and group tasting where couples can explore the Falcon’s Fire Golf Club venue and meet with preferred vendors. This event is free to enter and will span a few hours in the early afternoon on July 18, 2021. The vendors present at this event are partners that work with the hosting venue and are pre-vetted for their service and trustworthiness.
The Falcon’s Fire event will be RSVP only and will include a carefully curated menu to taste and event planners from the venue available to answer any questions you might have.
Dream Weddings and Planning Showroom - Grand Opening
Dream Weddings and Planning will be hosting the grand opening of its showroom on July 24, 2021, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5 pm that afternoon. This event will be held in Casselberry at the location of the Dream Weddings and Planning showroom. This Orlando wedding business is run by the talented Vanessa Laplante, a designer, florist, and planner. The event and its festivities will be free to attend.

Bridal and Wedding Expo 2021
The Bridal and Wedding Expo by L & J Elite Events is back for its second year. This event will be held at the Waller Ranch located in Dade City (a roughly hour and a half drive from Orlando).
This Sunday wedding expo will present a lineup of vendors for all your wedding needs from photographers to bakeries. It will showcase Waller Ranch as a wedding venue and will showcase three of their main decor options. Other vendors may include DJs, bartenders, and caterers.
