    Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office searching for runaway teen

    MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help locating a juvenile that it says ran away earlier this week.

    According to a post made by the sheriff’s office on social media , Anna Mullenax, 17, was reported missing on Tuesday, July 30 after last being seen at her residence on Chestnut Ridge Road in the Morgantown area.

    The post said that Mullenax stands about 5’7, weighs around 150 pounds, and said that she has tattoos and a lip piercing. She was also last seen wearing a “black baggie shirt and pajama pants.”

    Anyone with information on Mullenax’s whereabouts should contact the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office at 304-291-7260 or MECCA 911.
