Birthday Card Shower For Eva
Eva has to be an inpatient for her 11th birthday as she is immunocompromised due to radiation and chemo. To celebrate her birthday this year, we want everyone to send her a card and remind her of how much of a rockstar she is. Our address is 1861 NE Belleview Columbus KS 66725. Will and James will be bringing all of her cards up on August 1st (her birthday is August 2nd). Please do not send flowers, she can not have them due to hospital rules! Renewable energy storage company to lease Great Bend property
Takkion Operating LLC, a logistics and transloading provider for renewable energy, will be creating a space in Great Bend. There are currently 14.6 acres of land on the north end of the Great Bend Municipal Airport that are being leased for storage. With WATCO leasing five acres of the parcel on a month-to-month contract, the Great Bend City Council approved a lease with Takkion for 9.6 acres.
