Owner of former J.C. Penney building in Trenton outlines repair plans
The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board held a hearing last evening, attended by Jason Lassiter, the owner of the former J.C. Penney building at Eastgate in Trenton. A federal lawsuit filed Monday accuses a quasi-governmental organization based in Missouri of illegally overcharging and actively misleading student loan borrowers. Just southeast of Mid-Missouri, pulse thunderstorms can be observed towards Cape Girardeau.
