Detours set for I-80 traffic in Nebraska amid overnight repairs
Both eastbound and westbound lanes of I-80 will be closed Tuesday night, August 20th, from Kearney to Elm Creek due to guardrail repairs. According to the Nebraska Department of Transportation,westbound traffic will divert at Kearney to HWY 44, HWY 6, and HWY 183. Eastbound traffic will divert to HWY 30, then east to Kearney.

Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash with SUV in Scottsbluff
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNOP) - The Scottsbluff Police Department is investigating the cause of a crash that left one person in critical condition on Monday. According to police, a motorcycle driven by a 24-year-old man was headed eastbound on 27th Street when he struck a SUV that was pulling out of the Dairy Queen parking lot and turning west onto 27th Street.
