Lake County Man Busted in Arkansas with 105 Pounds of Marijuana
A man from Lower Lake, California, was arrested in Arkansas after state troopers discovered 105 pounds of high-grade marijuana in his vehicle, authorities said. As per a press release, David Willis, 44, was stopped by Arkansas State Police on Wednesday, August 21, around 4:40 p.m., while driving eastbound on Interstate 40 in Conway County, according to police.
