MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Twins spent their top pick in the 2024 MLB draft on shortstop prospect Kaelen Culpepper.Culpepper, 21, plays college ball for Kansas State and is the school's first position player to be drafted in the first round. The company says very few guests pay for their purchases with a check, so the payment form will be eliminated. It’s also the latest move to speed up the checkout experience.

(KNSI) – History was made on Sunday at the Major League Baseball draft, and it comes with a central Minnesota connection. Former St. Cloud Rox player Charlie Condon was taken third overall by the Colorado Rockies in the first round. Condon is the highest selection ever for a Northwoods League player. Condon is the fourth Rox alumnus chosen in the first round.
