Possession charges dismissed for Winkelman
One felony charge of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Jodi Marie Winkelman in Morrison County District Court. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 15, 2023 incident. Morrison County considers temporary ban on cannabis businesses
The Morrison County Board of Commissioners is considering a temporary moratorium on the establishment of cannabis businesses within the county until Jan. 1, 2025.
