Charge dismissed for St. Paul man

2024-03-16

A felony charge of third-degree possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Daniel Adam Smith, 44, North St. Paul, in Morrison County District Court. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 27 incident.

The charge was dismissed because test results are still pending from the BCA for this case, which may result in new or different charges, according to County Attorney Brian Middendorf.
