The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors:

• Ryan Richard Deters, 46, Little Falls (offense: 6/9/23) — Driving after cancellation, fined $285 and sentenced to 99 days in jail and probation to the court for two years.

• Colin Michael Maurer, 34, Little Falls (offense: 1/21/23) — Third-degree DWI, fined $565 and sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years.

• Kimberly Ann Day, 56, Sebeka (offense: 7/17/23) — Third-degree DWI, fined $560 and sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for four years.

Misdemeanors:

• Shanna Marie Anderson, 37, Little Falls (offense: 10/10/23) — Two counts of disorderly conduct, fined $50 and sentenced to probation to the court for six months.

• A 17-year-old male of Little Falls (offense: 10/14/23) — Underage drinking and driving, fined $310 and sentenced to supervised probation for one year.

• Douglas Mark Traut, 66, Oak Grove (offense: 9/2/23) — Fourth-degree DWI, fined $485 and sentenced to one day in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Ryan Richard Deters, 46, Little Falls (offense: 11/19/22) — DWI, fined $185 and sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Steven Wayne Tillmans, 60, Bowlus (offense: 12/11/22) — Driving after cancellation, fined $135 and sentenced to nine days in jail and probation to the court for one year.
