Felony charges filed in Morrison County District Court

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed felony complaints against the following individuals:

• Darryl James Basswood, 38, Mahnomen — In connection with a March 15 incident, Basswood was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, one gross misdemeanor count of driving after cancellation and one misdemeanor count of theft.

• Angelina Christine Steele, 22, Little Falls — In connection with a Jan. 31 incident, Steele was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Ross William Bryniarski, 36, Little Falls — In connection with a May 13, 2023 incident, Bryniarski was charged with one felony count of fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Melissa Susan Ziwicki, 42, St. Cloud — In connection with a March 18 incident, Ziwicki was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
