Gross misdemeanors:

• Max Charles Gorkiewicz, 49, Eagan (offense: 1/23/23) — DWI, fined $525 and sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years.

• Dustin Harrison Kaiser, 36, Little Falls (offense: 6/26/23) — Driving after cancellation, fined $135 and sentenced to probation to the court for two years.

• Keith Joseph Posch, 44, Bowlus (offense: 7/4/23) — Obstructing legal process with force, fined $135 and sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

Misdemeanors:
