Morrison County District Court gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following individuals:

• Edward Lee Williams, 35, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 16, 2023 incident, Williams was charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

• Robert Andrew Sowada, 31, Randall — In connection with a Nov. 5, 2023 incident, Sowada was charged with two counts of third-degree DWI.

• Wade Scott Cummings, 42, Brainerd — In connection with a Dec. 7, 2023 incident, Cummings was charged with one count of third-degree damage to property.

• Michael William Holmstrom, 57, Motley — In connection with a Nov. 19, 2023 incident, Holmstrom was charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

• Gilberto Eduardo Hernandez Perez, 22, Swanville — In connection with a Dec. 1, 2023 incident, Perez was charged with two counts of third-degree DWI.

• Raymond Edward Russell, 40, Motley — In connection with a May 23, 2023 incident, Russell was charged with two counts of third-degree DWI.

• Neka Joy Sargent, 31, Naytahwaush — In connection with a Feb. 15 incident, Sargent was charged with one count of theft.

• Logan Scott Atkinson, 28, Little Falls — In connection with a March 23 incident, Atkinson was charged with one count of second-degree DWI.
