Morrison County District Court felony dispositions

The following people charged with a felony in Morrison County District Court have recently been sentenced:

• Damien Lucas Stevens, 24, Bagley (offense: 9/11/23) — Fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with Sentence to Serve as approved and supervised probation for five years.

• Natasha Louise French, 27, Detroit Lakes (offense: 6/4/23) — Fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, fined $185 and sentenced to 208 days in jail and supervised probation for five years.

• Richard Jake Vandemay, 38, Vemdale (offense: 1/1/24) — Fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, fined $185 and sentenced to 36 days in jail and supervised probation for four years.
