Morrison County District Court felony charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed felony complaints against the following individuals:

• Joshua Thomas Tyson Wolvert, 42, Little Falls — In connection with a March 25 incident, Wolvert was charged with one felony count of receiving stolen property and one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Gabriel John Donek, 19, Pierz — In connection with a March 23 incident, Donek was charged with one felony count of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and one misdemeanor count of underage drinking and driving.

• Mary Xiong, 35, Coon Rapids — In connection with an Oct. 28, 2023 incident, Xiong was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Michael Lee Peterick, 45, Little Falls — In connection with an Aug. 14, 2023 incident, Peterick was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree DWI.

• Charmon Kay Wenner, 55, Little Falls — In connection with a June 3, 2023 incident, Wenner was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree DWI.

• Xavier Omar Harvey, 29 — In connection with an Oct. 26, 2022 incident, Harvey was charged with one felony count of possession of ammunition and/or any firearm as a convict of a crime of violence and one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
