Morrison County District Court gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following individuals:

• Jenna Lynn Doble, 38, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 18, 2023 incident, Doble was charged with one count of child endangerment.

• Reynaldo Ruiz Martinez, 21, Little Falls — In connection with a Feb. 10 incident, Martinez was charged with one count of third-degree DWI.

• Anthony Otto Leabch, 39, St. Cloud — In connection with a Dec. 10, 2023 incident, Leabch was charged with one count of theft.

• Scott Lyle Lindsay, 57, Long Prairie — In connection with a Jan. 5 incident, Lindsay was charged with one count of driving after cancellation.

• Samuel Cabildo Nicolas, 44, Little Falls — In connection with an April 1 incident, Nicolas was charged with one count of driving after cancellation and in connection with a Jan. 3 incident, Nicolas was charged with one count of third-degree DWI.
