Morrison County District Court misdemeanor sentences

The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors:

• Daniel Gene Hoehle, 38, Little Falls (offense: 8/17/23) — Third-degree DWI, fined $135 and sentenced to 364 days in jail.

• Timothy Allen Sutherland, 32, Little Falls (offense: 5/22/23) — Introducing contraband into jail, fined $135 and sentenced to 28 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

Misdemeanors:

• Dereece Leon Anderson, Sr., 35, Buffalo (offenses: 11/19/23; 1/22/24) — Theft, fined $40 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year; Disorderly conduct, fined $185 and sentenced to three days in jail and probation to the court for one year.
