Morrison County District Court misdemeanor sentences

The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanor:

• Vincent Earl Dailey, 21, Verndale (offense: 10/28/23) — Second-degree DWI, fined $535 and sentenced to three days in jail and 27 days on alcohol-sensitive electronic monitoring home detention with work release and supervised probation for four years.

Misdemeanor:

• Alyssa Ashley Mae Hirsch, 34, Little Falls (offense: 2/16/24) — Third-degree DWI, fined $235 and sentenced to four days in jail and 26 days on electronic home monitoring home detention with work release and supervised probation for four years.
