Morrison County District Court misdemeanor sentences

The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors:

• Amanda Renee Allen, 43, Avon (offense: 9/18/23) — Second-degree DWI, fined $565 and sentenced to six days in jail, 24 days on alcohol-sensitive electronic home monitoring and supervised probation for two years.

• Phillip Alan Maron, Jr., 38, St. Cloud (offense: 5/17/23) — Third-degree property damage, fined $50 and sentenced to five days in jail and probation to the court for two years.

• Nancy Leona Meyer, 55, Baxter (offense: 10/29/21) — Driving after cancellation, fined $50 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.

Misdemeanors:

• Sandra Dorothy Barthel, 53, Swanville (offense: 5/29/23) — Fourth-degree property damage, fined $50 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.
