Morrison County District Court gross misdemeanors

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following individuals:

Brandon Dean Aanerud, 35, Little Falls — In connection with an April 1 incident, Aanerud was charged with one count of malicious punishment of a child.Blake Lyle Kowalczyk, 22, Pierz — In connection with an Aug. 1 incident, Kowalczyk was charged with one count of third-degree DWI.Alexander Gregory Wiggers, 23, Little Falls — In connection with a June 9 incident, Wiggers was charged with one count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.Collin Nelson Yahn, 21, Pequot Lakes — In connection with an Aug. 1 incident, Yahn was charged with one count of third-degree DWI.Isaiah Jorden Loehrer, 22, Royalton — In connection with a July 27 incident, Loehrer was charged with one count of driving after cancellation.Kimberly Kay Henkemeyer, 59, Little Falls — In connection with a July 27 incident, Henkemeyer was charged with one count of driving after cancellation.Jay Aldwin Vetsch, 58, Little Falls — In connection with a July 19 incident, Vetsch was charged with one count of third-degree DWI.
