Washington teenager Avery Grazier was identified as the person killed in a single-car accident on Springfield Road in East Peoria, the Tazewell County Coroner's Office announced. DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A 16-year-old Rock Island boy is facing charges in connection with a shooting at NorthPark Mall Monday afternoon.
