Morris County, NJ - Drivers across Morris County are advised to prepare for significant lane closures due to ongoing construction projects on various highways. These closures are expected to cause delays throughout the day.

I-280 Westbound: The left lane is closed between West of Exit 4 (Eisenhower Parkway) in East Hanover Township and East of Exit 1W (New Road) in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township until 1:59 PM.

NJ 10 Eastbound: A right lane is closed near Tabor Road in Morris Plains until 4:00 PM. Additionally, the right shoulder near Dryden Way in Hanover Township is closed until 12:00 PM.

I-80 Eastbound: Construction has resulted in a left lane closure in the vicinity of Exit 47A (I-280) in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township until 2:00 PM. Further east, the right lane near Exit 30 (Howard Boulevard) in Mount Arlington is closed until 3:00 PM.

I-80 Westbound: The left lane is closed near Exit 30 (Howard Boulevard) in Roxbury Township until 1:00 PM.

NJ 15: Lane closures are affecting both directions in Rockaway Township, with one left lane closed until 3:00 PM. On NJ 15 northbound, the right lane is closed between Jefferson Township and Sparta Township until 2:00 PM.

NJ 23 Northbound: The right lane is closed between Maple Lake Road in Butler and North of Paterson Hamburg Turnpike in West Milford Township until 1:00 PM. The right shoulder is also closed north of Jackson Avenue in Pequannock Township until 4:00 PM.

US 46: Multiple closures are in place, including the right lane eastbound near I-287 in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township until 3:00 PM and the right lane and shoulder westbound near CR 669/Canfield Avenue in Mine Hill Township until 3:00 PM. Additional closures affect both directions in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township and surrounding areas until 3:30 PM.

Special Event on I-287: A special event has resulted in the closure of the right shoulder on I-287 northbound south of Exit 33 (Harter Road/US 202) in Harding Township until 4:00 PM on Friday, August 16. The truck rest area is also closed for concrete work.

Motorists are urged to plan their routes accordingly and expect delays in the affected areas. Please use caution when driving through construction zones and consider alternate routes where possible.
