The truth about juvenile crime rates in Cincinnati
Good morning, Cincinnati. Dan Horn here with a story about juvenile crime that I wrote with my colleagues, Cam Knight and Kevin Grasha. A few months ago, two videos of young people attacking pedestrians in downtown Cincinnati went viral. Around the same time, we noticed Cincinnati's police union and Hamilton County Prosecutor Melissa Powers kept criticizing juvenile court judges on social media. Their argument was that juvenile crime was getting worse, and juvenile court was part of the problem.
