For us SuperMotocross fans, the leadership transition at Feld Entertainment suggests a positive impact. Juliette Feld Grossman, known for her successful transformation of Monster Jam and representing the third generation of Feld Family leadership, brings fresh ideas and innovative approaches. Stephen Yaros, now President, has a strong background in expanding media rights and global initiatives, which could mean enhanced coverage and growth.

Here is the official press release from Feld Entertainment:

"July 25, 2024 (Palmetto, FL) – Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world’s largest privately-owned live entertainment company, today announced Juliette Feld Grossman has been named the third CEO in the company’s 57-year history, representing the third generation of Feld Family leadership. Stephen Yaros, Senior Vice President of Global Media and Supercross, has been named President of Feld Entertainment. Kenneth Feld will remain Chair of the Board of Directors.

In her new role as CEO, Grossman will lead the company and develop new opportunities for the organization. She joined the company in 2010 and most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer. She has led the transformation of Monster Jam into a global franchise that entertains and connects to millions of fans through live events, consumer products, and media. She has also managed production development for Disney On Ice and the recently relaunched Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.

“I am honored to take on this role and build upon the strong foundation and legacy established by my father and grandfather. I work with a remarkable team of Associates and it’s in concert with them that we will continue to bring joy to our fans worldwide and position our company for the future,” said Grossman.

Current Chair and CEO Kenneth Feld has guided Feld Entertainment’s success through the past four decades. He first joined his father, Irvin Feld, in the family business in 1970.

“We are in a strong position to implement this leadership transition for the future of Feld Entertainment as the past two years have been the most successful in our company’s history,” said Kenneth Feld. “I am confident that the extraordinary leadership and vision of Juliette, Steve, and our senior executive team will continue to produce exceptional results for the organization.”

Stephen Yaros is being promoted within Feld Entertainment to President and will build upon his experience taking on new initiatives and managing complex cross-functional endeavors. Joining the company in 1990, Yaros has held positions in event marketing & sales, corporate communications, media monetization, and digital marketing. In recent years, he has taken responsibility for the company’s media rights negotiations and its expansion of scripted and unscripted content for all Feld Entertainment properties, as well as overseeing business operations for Supercross and was instrumental with the team that launched the newly formed 31-round Super Motocross World Championship televised on Peacock and through the SMX Video Pass in more than 130 countries worldwide.

The company recognizes the contributions of Mike Shannon over his 18 years as President of Feld Entertainment. Shannon was instrumental in developing a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization, including the integration of Feld’s acquisition of Supercross and Monster Jam and the buildout of Feld Entertainment Studios, the company’s 47-acre complex in Palmetto, Florida.

Executive Vice Presidents, Nicole Feld and Alana Feld, will continue their responsibilities on the Board of Directors, providing strategic direction on the company’s major initiatives. "
