Ford needs to stop. Nothing more needs said. I went to a Ford test drive event last weekend to raise money for my Nieces dance studio… every test drive netted the group $20. They had an Escape, Bronco, Ranger, F-150, Explorer and a Maverick. Girl from the Ford dealer asked me which one I’d like to drive… I told her I didn’t give a shit, I showed up in a 2008 Toyota Corolla with 350,000 miles on it that’s a better vehicle than anything Ford builds. She scoffed and put me in the Maverick. After we returned she asked me what I thought. Again, I’ve got no filter and told her that it’s a car based truck… it’s boring, it’s ugly as fuck and I couldn’t wait to get back in my Corolla. Needless to say they haven’t contacted me at all. I told her if she ever goes to work for my Toyota dealer… I’m listening. Everyone wanted to drive the Bronco. Why? Do some fuckin research and go buy a 4-Runner.
