If a child is in the vehicle you should not be allowed to tow. Is it not kidnapping to a degree.

trinity Towing in San Antonio needs to get all kinds of pressure to reexamine their towing procedures! chances are, if the tow a car with a child inside, the’re also breaking rules on when to tow from unauthorized parking areas …AND having correct signage in place where they do their business! and managers of parking areas , that hire towing companies, need to be sure the company they choose ,,, is doing right by the law, and not gouging the victims of theit tow jobs!Yes! parking area managers have the responsibility to make sure they follow the law!
