Private movie viewing offered in Mount Angel

Mount Angel Theater Studio recently announced that it is offering the premises for private movie watching parties.

Owner Jon Deshler said that the new concept is an addition to the theater’s live music performances, photo shoots and other uses.

“Bring your favorite group of family and friends, up to 100, and enjoy an intimate party atmosphere in downtown Mt Angel,” Deshler said. “You can bring in food, drinks, and your favorite DVD to share. Local restaurants can also provide you with food and drink to enjoy in this historic theater.”

Originally built in 1912 as a Silent Movie House, the space now accommodates multiple purposes and can easily be utilized as a private movie watching space for parties of friends, family, employees, and associates.
