LAWRENCEVILLE ARRESTS
Lawrenceville Police earlier this week arrested two Lawrence County men. Both 41 year old Ryan Brandon and 47 year old Timothy Colclasure both of Lawrenceville were charged with Domestic Battery. Each was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and were being held on those charges pending a detention hearing.

VINCENNES BOARD OF WORKS
The Vincennes Board of Works has taken steps toward the completion of the Washington Street project. That approved a contract with the firm of Schneider Geometrics for just over $15,600 for right of way engineering, surfacing and staking work on Phase II. That phase is expected to begin in 2027 and cover the area from Emison Avenue to St Clair Street. The approval was given Monday during the board’s regular session at City Hall.

VPD Arrest Man on Auto Theft Warrants
Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man yesterday on various auto theft-related warrants from Knox Superior Court One. Officers captured 31 year-old Devon Heisler in Vincennes. Heisler was wanted for two counts of autho theft and one charge of unauthorized entry into a vehicle. He also faces a new count of resisting law enforcement, after police claim he forcibly resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
