(WV News) — Best Virginia passed the first test on the road to a $1 million prize at The Basketball Tournament (TBT) later this month with flying colors, defeating a team of Mountain East Conference All-Stars in an exhibition on Friday in front of a packed house at Buckhannon-Upshur High School, 71-59.
