Roundtable: Lessons Learned from Lions' First Week of Training Camp
1.) What lessons did you learn from the first week of training camp?. Christian Booher: I think the biggest takeaway from the first week of training camp is just how confident this Lions team is. They aren’t afraid to talk about their Super Bowl dreams, which is a drastic change from years past. While those expectations used to seem far-fetched, it’s now a realistic goal.

3 potential options to fix the Detroit Lions lurking quarterback problem
It's a common refrain around the NFL that there just aren't enough good quarterbacks to go around. Plenty of teams would be glad to be in the Detroit Lions' position, with Jared Goff as the starter and the potential of Hendon Hooker behind him. Hooker could be a tradeable asset at some point.

Lions sign former 3rd round pick with ties to Lions' coaching staff
The Detroit Lions were looking for some more linebacker help this week. After some workouts on Saturday, the team has signed veteran linebacker Malik Jefferson. Jefferson is a former third-round pick by the Bengals in 2018. He played in 12 games his rookie season and then got hurt. The Bengals would cut him before the 2019 season. He would go on to have stints with Browns. Chargers, Titans and Cowboys.
Which Lions player do you want to hear more about at training camp?
My answer: Admittedly, my observations have been a bit lacking when it comes to line play—particularly on offense. Part of that is because the pads haven’t come on yet, part of it is because line play is hard to diagnose with the naked eye without the benefit of replay.
