WILLIAMSON — Williamson Hospital tested their new helipad on June 25 in preparation for reopening. Chapmanville woman accused of running over man with truck; brakes blamed
SMOKEHOUSE FORK – A Logan County woman faces charges of malicious wounding and domestic battery after police say she hit a man with a pickup truck over the weekend. West Virginia State Police arrested Billie Jean Conley, 42, of Chapmanville after the incident which they say happened around 7 a.m. Saturday morning in the Smokehouse Fork area near Chapmanville and Harts. According to a criminal complaint filed on public record in Logan County Magistrate Court, police found the victim, Brandon Conley, 57, with a broken leg in the driveway of a residence alongside a parked Dodge Ram pickup truck.
