Police announced road closures two blocks from the Lancaster Central Market as they fix a traffic hazard Tuesday afternoon. Lancaster city police said at 1:45 p.m. the 200 block of West Orange and the 100 block of North Water streets are closed to all vehicles as low hanging wires made the roads inaccessible.
