Colonial Park Mall auction no longer listed online
HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Following a delay last month, the Colonial Park Mall was slated to go up for auction later today, however, the property appears to no longer be listed online by Ten-X. The Colonial Park Mall’s opening bid was going to start at $2.1 million and the auction was expected to run from July 15 through July 17. Originally, the mall’s auction was set to begin on June 25, but was delayed until today.

HARRISBURG, Penn. — An appeals court in Pennsylvania reversed the lower court’s decision to dismiss a third-degree murder charge pinned on a bar security job who fatally punched an intoxicated bar patron. His counsel said the single punch couldn’t possibly convey malice, an element needed to meet the charge, but the facts indicate otherwise: He punched the victim unprovoked and had lied to the bar manager, saying the patron merely fell to the ground on his own.
