MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man is facing multiple charges following a fight with another motorist that created “a frightening scenario” on a Mt. Juliet street Sunday evening, according to law enforcement.

According to officials, the preliminary investigation revealed the suspect and the victim initially got into a dispute while driving. Moments later, their paths crossed again when the victim was making a delivery along Ponty Pool Drive. During that encounter, the suspect allegedly brandished a firearm and chased the victim down the street.

Police said the situation escalated as the suspect pointed the gun toward other bystanders on the street. However, there were no reports of injuries from the incident.
