Nashville Man Charged in Fatal Hit-and-Run Involving Motorized Wheelchair on Myatt Drive
A 43-year-old man, Sterling L. Jenkins, is facing multiple charges after being involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred on Myatt Drive at Roosevelt Avenue, according to Nashville authorities. The collision, which took place Sunday evening, claimed the life of Gregory Torrance Sr., a 65-year-old Nashville resident. Metro Nashville Police Department reports indicate Torrance was crossing the street in an unmarked crosswalk and utilizing a motorized wheelchair when he was struck.
