Both Officers Haines and Sweely began their careers in 1999. Officer Sweely spent many years in patrol and served on the SWAT Team before eventually being assigned as a School Resource Officer, becoming a familiar face to Mount Laurel students and families. Officer Haines began his career as a patrol officer before becoming a Field Training Officer, mentoring many officers throughout his career.
All three received proclamations from the Township Council for their years of dedicated service to the Mount Laurel community.
