KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — An Elkview man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison in connection to a shooting that occurred in 2023, prosecutors say. Robert Justin Lowers, 38, pled guilty in late May to charges of unlawful wounding and two counts of endangerment after he shot his spouse, Sara Lowers, 37, in the arm in October 2023, according to the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney.
