HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -The SUMMER OF SIZZLE rolled on Friday as afternoon highs made the mid 90s. The air lacked moisture so the humidity was never really a factor. Adding to the heat was a lack of wind with a 5 mile per hour or less breeze barely stirring. This overall dry heat climate prevents rain which keeps fair and festival operators happy.
